The full report is not a certified appraisal, yet
in some instances this full report may be accepted
by a bank or a lender as an appraisal... we know
of one of the largest lenders in the country who
does. Many banks and lenders, however, will want
to use their own appraisal. Please check with your
bank, lender or mortgage broker if you have any
questions.
