oldest neighborhoods. Centrally located to all
things good about South Lake Tahoe including shopping
and vast alpine meadows. Sierra Tract has more

neighborhood. Small, older homes here can offer
good opportunity, especially for those who can
do updating work themselves. Values range from
the high $300K’s to $500K. Sales can be
quick here, especially in the low $200K’s.
