are, how can we exceed them? Do we communicate effectively?
Do we impress you as someone who will always put your
best interests first? Are we honest? A good way to look
at honesty is this: will we tell you the truth as opposed
to what you would like to hear? Do we impress you as being
ethical? We pose all these questions to you.
The questions above cover the other top five reasons why
a real estate agent is hired. They are all part of Trust.
Many agents will say that you are always first with them,
that they listen better than anybody, that they are more
honest and ethical than everybody. You will never hear
us say something like this. We believe these conclusions
