Purchase Policy

Once you make payment for your order, you will be asked to fill out a short form that will help us to be able to deliver the package that you have purchase. As soon as we receive this form, we will start work immediately, with the aim of delivering your order within 5-7 business days.

Once we have completed our work, you’ll receive a friendly email from us with the contents of the package you bought – wahoo!

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with the contents of your delivery, please contact us in the first instance with any concerns you have, and we will look to turn that frown upside down!

 Due to the nature of our business and the amount of effort that goes into each and every order, we are unable to offer refunds once work has begun. That said, we aim for a 100% satisfaction rate, so if you are unhappy for any reason, please do reach out and we will do our best to put things right.
